You may find more ‘healthy balanced diet’ articles in the other sections of this blog, but this spot is reserved for ‘dieting’ in particular. As a nutritional consultant, a big part of my client work is about evaluating holes in the diet, and finding ways to fill them in. Dieting is a popular topic.
